Ognissole Rosato Mirante 2016
In the heart of Salento, in Apulia Sava, born Ognissole, an estate of 50 hectares on calcareous and clay, which here take on the typical red color. The color is pale pink brilliant. The nose hints of flowers and red fruits, especially strawberries. The palate has a pleasant freshness that makes the wine balanced and persistent, ideal accompaniment to seafood and fish sauces.
