Vinification Grapes of Pozzillo vineyard in the municipality of Sant'Agata dei Goti, selected and picked by hand. Fermentation at controlled temperature for about two weeks with subsequent lactate fermentation.
Ageing Refinement in steel and in small part in French oak tonneaux for about 6 months. Aging in bottle for a minimum of 3 months.
