Notes of dried cranberry, raspberry conserve, glace cherry with a twist of savoury notes of terracotta and woody herbs.

Flavour

Medium to full bodied and bursting with gentle rolling of red fruits; think raspberry, red currents and cherry. Accents of brick dust and fresh savoury herbs provide nice depth and complexity to the flavour profile. The wine has a good savoury lick of tannin which draws the palate long finish which is bristling with freshness.
