Bouquet

Very clear hints of broom, peach and apple typical of Etna, with a slightly herbaceous finish.

Flavour

It is soft and well balanced between softness and acidity, its excellent minerality, long is the persistence with pleasant sapidity, very dry in the finish.

Perfect with fish, white meats and fresh cheeses.
