Vinification	Crémant de Die Brut is made using the Traditional Method. After an initial fermentation in tanks, the wine is bottled and the addition of a tirage liqueur made of sugars and selected yeasts triggers off a second fermentation.
Ageing	1-3 years on slats. Adding an expedition liqueur, after the removal of sediments by freezing bottlenecks and disgorging, ends up the process.

Pairing	Perfect as an aperitif, on its own or in a kir cocktail, it can also be enjoyed throughout an entire meal on fish or white meats.
