Fascinating in its amber pink colour, a chromatic timbre that invites one to discover as many scents.

Bouquet

The nose is precise and with an immediate vivacity that makes it easy to perceive the fruit, fragrances of currants, strawberries and rhubarb with the unmistakable character of raspberry.

Flavour

The palate offers a juicy, satisfying sip, amidst stimuli where you find tea or infusions of morello cherry fruit, as well as herbs such as lemon balm. Lively and vinous as well as velvety in body.

Pairing

Suitable for Italian hors d'oeuvres and oriental cuisine, with mushroom and vegetable soups, pasta and risotto, in combination with fresh cheeses and cured meats, also pleasant with fish starters.
