The year 2007 was overall a good year in terms of weather. The winter was very mild with sufficient rainfall, only in the final (late March), there have been lowering the temperature below the seasonal average, values very close to zero. In the following year the temperatures were never too hot, with good temperature range. Year of heavy rains, very regular in terms of phenological, canonical complied with all the dates (sprouting in the second week of April, flowering in the third week of May, ripening in the third week of July) and a delayed harvest a few days (early September). The quality of the grapes was very good in terms of health care that is ripening. All this has resulted in fragrant wines with excellent structure and not overly alcoholic. |
