Altitude and soil are the two pillars of the expression 'terroir' that this wine, Duelame, wishes to evoke. The extremes of altitude of the vineyards and the location on stratified terraces of Eocene origin make this wine unique in its name and structure. A wine that cannot fail to surprise with its purity and uniqueness.

A floral bouquet of iris and violet is complemented by red berries with hints of aromatic herbs.

Flavour

On the palate, it is fresh and generous, with fine-grained tannins chasing the tasty notes and crisp red fruit with hints of underbrush, prolonging the aromatic finish.

Pairing

An ideal red wine to accompany the most authentic Tuscan cuisine, such as the 'pappa al pomodoro', i.e. a sauce made with brad, tomato and basil, pici pasta with game sauces. Moreover, if served chilled, it pairs well with cured meats, raw meat tartare, testaroli pasta with basil pesto or even fish with sauces.
