I Piccoli Vignaioli Albarosa Spumante Metodo Classico Brut Rosé
Our Albarosa sparkling wine is obtained from a selection of the best Sangiovese grapes with a 20% addition of Lacrima di Morro d'Alba grapes, exclusively hand-picked, with extreme care to avoid any damage during harvesting and transport to the winery. The pressing takes place in a soft and delicate way in order to obtain the ''must flower'', the noblest part of the squeezed juice of the grapes. A greater pressing of the marc would increase the content of colouring substances and tannins. This procedure allows us to obtain a rose sparkling wine of excellent quality with a colour tone between delicate salmon pink and soft onion pink with a fresh perfume and a vibrant pleasantness.
