Bouquet

The bouquet is a vital ensemble of wild strawberries, bergamot, redcurrant and pomegranate, fern, tamarind, green coffee, herbs and even cinchona and sweet spices.

Flavour

A pure sip, with a soft and well-balanced attack, it then becomes intense in acidity, compressing a composed and velvety tannin. The finish is savoury, long, harmonious and rich with spicy tones.
