Feudi San Gregorio Aglianico Rosh 2012
Rosh, which in Hebrew literally means "head line", is the Kosher wine whose production is dedicated to the Jewish community. The color is ruby with purple reflections; Net nose hints of red fruits like black cherry and raspberry, and notes of violets and liquorice. The palate has good structure and a strong minerality, which make it a wine to match with main courses of meat and roasts.

Colour

Brilliant ruby red with garnet reflections.

Bouquet

It gives sensations from raspberries to blackberries of the forest, emphasized by hints of liquorice.

Flavour

A superb equilibrium between acidity and roundness makes the wine flow on the palate

Pairing

It goes perfectly with roasted red and white meats, a eggplant parmigiana and a sartù rice.
