A Trento DOC for the restaurant sector. Delicate and rounded, it provides highly dependable quanlity trroughout the meal.

Colour

Deep straw yellow.

Bouquet

Harmonious, intense and persistent, with ripe fruit notes accompanied by hints of crusty bread, hazelnuts and a multi-faceted floral bouquet.

Flavour

Rounded, elelgant and harmonious. It has great personality and intense frity notes typical of chardonnay, which combine with fragrances of yeast. A particular feature: a lower pressure of carbon dioxide compared to the other Trentoodc wines from Ferrari.
