A wine with a strong character, it combines finesse, freshness and elegance with a good structure and persistence that make it particularly suitable for drinking throughout a meal.

	Perlage Fine and persistent.
	Colour Bright, pale pink.
	Bouquet Alternating hints of small red fruits, strawberries, pink grapefruit and a slight hint of leavened dough.
	Flavour Creamy in the opening. It is lively both in freshness and flavour. Elegant fruity-citrusy finish, with a mineral touch.

Vinification	The whole grapes are vinified using the marmonnier press, an ancient pressing system that guarantees great respect for the characteristics of the Pinot Nero grapes. Only the first must is extracted from the press. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature of 16-18°C. The base wine rests in vats until the spring following the harvest.
