Federico Graziani Etna Rosso 2018

This wine comes from a unique terroir located on the northern slope of Mount Etna within the DOC Etna Rosso area, whose winemaking tradition is over two thousand years old. It is from this sandy, rocky soil that this Etna Rosso comes. It is a wine that speaks the language of its land and embodies its spirit. A pure taste of authenticity.

Colour

Clear, pale ruby.

Bouquet

Fragrant on the nose, it opens with notes of red fruit, strawberries and raspberries enveloped in a citrusy freshness of mandarin and a pleasant mineral finish. It closes with a hint of vanilla and lightly spiced white chocolate.

Flavour

Particularly crisp and refreshing in the mouth, with a vivid and harmonic tannic perception. The aftertaste is delightfully clean and tasty as well as pleasant and attractive.

Pairing

It is a versatile wine which is excellent with grilled turbot or tuna, Catalan-style shellfish and delicate white meats.
