Very elegant where a beautiful blend of mineral and yellow exotic fruits (pineapple) dominate.

Flavour

Fresh and well balanced. One finds again the rich yellow fruits sign of an excellent maturity. Well structured with a lovely long finish.

Pairing

All seafood especially with a rich creamy sauce. Also excellent with chicken and lamb.
