The Premier Cru Les Loups is a blend of young vines from Domaine des Lambrays with vines from Clos Sorbet, located at the feet of the house. Its names refers to the totemic animal of the village. Indeed two wolves appear on the Morey-Saint-Denis’ blazon as well as on the Lambrays’ one.

Ruby red, not too intense.

The bouquet of perfumes that are released on the nose tells of fruity aromas, alternating with nuances of chocolate, wood and sweet spices.

Flavour

Tasting is medium body, with a remarkable tannic grip, characterized by a sip of pleasant freshness.

Pairing

Perfect to be drunk throughout the meal, it is the ideal companion for red meats and noble poultry. Also excellent with seasoned cheeses, it should also be tried with first courses based on structured sauces.
