Fresh scents of aromatic herbs, wild fennel, helichrysum, fenugreek, white peach, and cedar. Iodine and mineral touch in the finish.

Flavour

Soft and enveloping showing a good fresh-flavoured balance and an almost spicy finish, with white pepper.

Vinification Grapes are destemmed and gently crushed. Fermentation is carried out in small French-oak barriques at a controlled temperature of 15°C using selected yeasts and bâtonnage
Ageing 6 months in barriques, and 4 months in the bottle.
