Harvest |
It comes from the careful selection in the vineyard of the tintilia grapes, a few bunches left on the plant to wither in the three best exposed rows, to be harvested late in November. |
Ageing |
The wine is aged in steel for a minimum of 30 months and then rests in French tonneaux for a further 6 months before being bottled. |
Pairing |
It accompanies important moments and is worthy of meditation. |
