Brilliant garnet, typical of wines obtained from Nebbiolo grapes.

Bouquet

Elegant, its varietal perfumes marry perfectly with fresh eucalyptus notes (typical of this particular vineyard), slightly withered flowers (pink, purple) and a sweet spices aftertaste.

Flavour

Balanced tannins with a refreshing acidity. Notable harmony, structure and persistence.

Pairing

Agnolotti and ravioli with "sugo di arrosto", "gnocchi al castelmagno", "tagliatelle" or other pasta, roast pork, goat or lamb.
