This classic sparkling wine is produced according to the traditional "Classic Method" in which fermentation occurs in the bottle. It is produced with Chardonnay grapes from the hillsides of Trento and Pergine Valsugana, located at altitudes ranging from 400 to 600 metres above sea level.

	Perlage Fine and persistent.
	Colour Straw yellow.
	Bouquet Sharp, intense, and fruity.
	Flavour Dry, full-bodied, fragrant, and harmonious.

It is excellent as an apéritif, ideal for the whole meal.
