Wine made from 100% Sangiovese grapes dried on the vine or in a drying room with controlled temperature and humidity in order to achieve the desired dehydration to concentrate aroma and taste, creating the desired wine.

Colour

Intense full red with purple reflections.

Bouquet

Bouquet of great finesse with hints of ripe, almost morello cherry and plum jam. Presence also of flowers reminiscent of puot-puorri.

Flavour

Deep and elegant wine with a robust structure, at the same time dry and slightly fresh. Balanced tannins blended in the wine's complexity. Persistent.
