History |
Harmony and integrity, a combination that expresses the essence of the Ca' del Bosco style, enshrined in this wine. The first wine, made in 1972, 'Curtefranca Bianco' remains the first work that still manages to amaze for its extraordinary capacity for evolution, thanks to unsuspected longevity. The Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco grapes come from selected vineyards, differing in exposure, location and clones. A seductive wine to savour with the nose. Subtle taste, fresh acidity, unmistakable long-lasting structure and long aromatic persistence. So many virtues, ideal for connoting different tasting moments. An excellent white for a wide choice of pairings. |

Vinification |
The 'Curtefranca Bianco' is obtained from grapes grown in 11 vineyards that, in terms of exposure, clones and age, manage to express all the "magic" of a white wine in the Ca' del Bosco style. It is the perfect combination of the fruitiness of Chardonnay and the elegance of Pinot Bianco. Vinification takes place exclusively in temperature-controlled steel vats at a temperature of 18-20°C. After an ageing period of about 8 months, the Curtefranca Bianco is bottled without oxygen and without any beating, thanks to innovative filling systems that preserve its integrity. |
Ageing |
In the bottle for 12 months. |
