Bouquet

On the opening, the nose speaks of fruit and flowers. There is a suggestion of pears, green apples, hawthorn and hyacinth. Once airy, the scent is more of pastry: butter, almonds and biscuits enrich the flavour.

Flavour

The opening on the palate is both supple and invigorating. The effervescence makes itself felt for the first time, before giving way to the finesse of this wine. The finish is long (6 or 7 seconds of aromatic persistence) and tasty.

Pairing

Ideal as an apéritif with French gougères, i.e. small cubes of young cooked cheese. It can also pair with light cuisines such as potato dishes and desserts with a liquid structure (Asian noodles, carrot and orange soup, courgette gratin and mimolette).
