Bouquet

The first nose is inviting and appetising. One is immersed in aromas of baked fruit, warm biscuits and notes of honey. Once airy, the tones shift towards the garden against an autumnal, smoky, nutty background.

Flavour

The opening on the palate is powerful and sharp. It begins in a refined manner: a wine with a robust and dense body. The balance is defined between freshness and vinosity. The finish is long, persistent (about 10 seconds), and slightly chalky.

Pairing

Baked duck fillets, a nice saddle of veal, a fried beef sirloin. Also try it with a soft cheese such as Livarot, Soumaintrain, Munster.
