Climate |
The year was quite a year "to be white." The amount of water has never been absent since the resumption of vegetative growth, continuing throughout the phase of growth and development of the buds, the formation of inflorescences and development of clusters. This has created screws in a 'great vigor, which in turn has developed a unique foliage and very active in the development of key aromatic precursors and good acid balance of sweet grapes. The temperatures during veraison and maturation have never been excessive, while still providing the classic heat shock night into day. This path has led to wines which give particular emphasis to the fruit component that is very intense, a mineral important in perfect balance with the characteristic body of the territory. |
