4 months in stainless steel, 2 months in the bottle. |
Pairing |
It pairs well with caviar canapés, smoked fish dishes and many other appetisers. It is ideal with risotto and pairs well with raw fish dishes, tempura, sushi and sashimi, as well as spicy and sweet and sour dishes typical of Asian cuisine. Finally, it is also a good match with freshwater fish dishes and grilled seafood and shellfish as well as pizza. |
