The family farm was traditionally dedicated to mixed farming with various small fruits and grapes taken to the cave cooperative. From 1985, the estate turned exclusively to grape-growing and this is when the Clos Lapeyre was born.
In 2000, the vineyard spread over 10 hectares. In 2004, it grew bigger with the taking-over of the Nays-Labassère estate, a magnificent and old vineyard of 7 hectares in the heart of Chapelle-de-Rousse.
