Technique de production | The distillation of the Cabernet marc, dripping with wine, takes place in a state-of-the-art plant in order to preserve intact all the varietal aromas and fragrances. The still used is of the discontinuous, steel type, and inside it the marc is passed through a jet of steam, which carries the alcoholic vapours with it. These, subsequently drawn into the distillation column, produce a distillate that originally has an alcohol content of 70 - 75 °C. |
Vieillissement | This is diluted with distilled water before bottling to bring the alcohol content to that indicated on the label. |
Allergènes | Contient des sulfites |
