The Pecorino Superiore "la canaglia", is a full body white with high minerality and freshness. Long lasting citrus notes of grapefruit, sage and white flowers. It will surprise your mouth with a pleasant flavor of almond. This vineyard is spiteful because, despite our attention, has a very low yield, as it didn’t want to put much effort to produce more grapes. But at every harvest, we forgive it as it gives us a characteristic, crispy and mouthfilling wine. You will never give up with it! This is why this is "la canaglia", "the rascal" of Fontefico.

Is an organic boutique winery in Abruzzo, overlooking the Gulf of Vasto, in the southernmost part of the breathtaking Trabocchi Coast’s landscape. Growing exclusively native grape varieties, such as Pecorino, Trebbiano and Montepulciano, 15 hectare of vineyards caressed by fresh and saline winds of the Adriatic Sea, making mineral and savory wines, with an uncommon structure and longevity.
