Here we are, in the hills of Montalcino, among our vines, where time is marked by the earth and not the calendar. My approach to viticulture is simple: I leave it to nature. I do not use treatments, I do not interfere with the life of the vineyard.
She knows what to do, she has deep roots and ancient memory.
Making wine, for me, means trusting nature. From the vineyard to the cellar, my job is above all to observe, wait and let the land decide. No chemistry, no shortcuts: just balance, the real balance, the one that arises spontaneously from the exchanges between the soil, the plants and the micro-organisms that live in the grapes.
In the vineyard, the plants grow without forcing, free to adapt to the climate and find their own way. In the cellar, the wine takes shape without invasive intervention: spontaneous fermentation, indigenous yeasts, zero filtration. Each vintage has its own voice, each vintage tells a different story, but my wines always have a common thread: energy, purity of fruit, elegance of structure, weightless concentration.
