Hilberg Pasquero

A small family-run Priocca winery run by Michele Pasquero and Annette Hilberg, two true wine craftsmen, forging a small-volume, almost vin de garage production. Their philosophy sees Nature at the centre of existence and man as the wise intermediary, a concept expressed by the couple with the term ‘Bioergodinamico’, which indicates the biodynamic approach through serious agronomic knowledge, which is constantly being updated.
