Harvest | Las uvas, recién vendimiadas, se despalillaron y fermentaron con ligeros remontados constantes en depósitos de acero a una temperatura controlada. |
Wine making | Una vez finalizada la fermentación alcohólica, tuvo lugar la fermentación maloláctica y el vino comenzó su crianza en barricas durante 12 meses, experimentando la típica evolución armoniosa de los distintos componentes de color, olor y sabor. |
