Damilano Barolo Raviole 2019
Raviole is surprising wine for its fine and vertical fruit. This Barolo gives emotions right from the beginning. The freshness of Raviole is due to the soil of its vineyard: in this hectare at 300 metres above sea level, facing south-west, the alluvial soils accentuate the liveliness and fruity character of the vine, while the good percentage of limestone and clay present turns into finesse in the glass, an intense bouquet and a delicate but well-defined structure.

Colour

Ruby red tending to garnet.

Bouquet

Ample, with floral and fruit aromas, including violet, notes of cherry, and wild strawberry.

Flavour

Harmonious and with a balanced, full, and soft taste. It stands out for its acidic freshness, as well as its fine and defined tannins.

Meat
Game
Cheese
