The company's vineyards are distributed between Vial, Planitzing, Salt, Kardatsch, Muttergarten and Barleit. These vineyards grow on calcareous soils, where the white grape varieties enjoy marked temperature ranges to preserve their aromaticity. At the same time, Prutznai and Galgenwiese vineyards, on clayey soils, are in a more temperate climate, where the red grapes are grown. This terroir is a heritage of "classics" of South Tyrolean viticulture, following the philosophy of sustainable agriculture and winemaking with modern techniques. Read more
