Harvest The harvest took place the last 2 weeks of September and first week of October.
Production technique Vinified in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, pumped over twice a day during the period of maceration which proceeded for 15 days. The wine was placed into bottle after 4 months without spending any time in wood, then remained an additional 2 months in bottle prior to being released onto the market.
