Description
The enchantment of a superb structure blends admirably with the grace of an enveloping intensity. Pinot noir finds its oldest and most cultured expression in this cuvée. A reading that has its epicentre in the heart of Franciacorta and in colour the reasons for its essence. Because colour is not only the factor responsible for the tonality and stability of this rare cuvée, it is also the creator of the delicate and constant olfactory trait, of what we can define as a graceful masterpiece of nature. A miracle made possible by the perfect phenolic maturity of the grapes and a now rare method of elaboration. The cuvée, made according to the most rigorous Bellavista tradition, draws on a heritage of more than one hundred and fifty harvest selections, many of which ferment and elevate in small white oak barrels. The intensity of the fruit celebrates, and does not obscure, the sense of harmony that pervades every single trait of its sensory expression. As with any rarity, the Rosé is produced in extremely limited quantities.
