A wine born from a passion for artisanal, handcrafted wines using unconventional, low-tech methods. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in barrels and stainless steel. Golden yellow in the glass. The nose offers aromas of yellow fruit that precede a mineral palate. A wine that expresses the essence of the German terroir.
