Our story begins with an intuition and continues thanks to the desire to never be satisfied. From the vision of Don Antonio Ulisse to the present day, the tenacious spirit of the company remains unchanged: a young winery that makes innovation its main driving force. Since 2006, we have been exploring the infinite possibilities that Abruzzo viticulture has to offer, combining a passion for the historical grape varieties of these lands with the need to evolve and experiment.
Our values are the glue that holds us together. We carry on our idea of wine day after day, working as a true team. | Wine making | Grapes are sorted and chilled in the company's exclusive cooling tunnel with an immediate drop in temperature followed by skin-cold maceration and extraction of aromatic compounds. Destemming, cold maceration for 12 hours, pressing in an inert environment. The fermentation is slow at a controlled temperature of 11°C in temperature-controlled and inert tanks. |
