From this winery
Since the 17th century, the land, the vines and the passion have been passed down from generation to generation. Marine and Gervais, our paternal grandparents, sold the estate's wines in Feuillette (132-litre barrels, typical of Chablis) in Auxerre and Paris.
Roland was the first to bottle the wines in 1979. It was at this point that he gave the estate its name. Joined by Brigitte, our parents then expanded the estate to 20 hectares and developed bottle sales in France and abroad. Read more

| Wine making | Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats in order to control the temperature and obtain the greatest finesse and precision of aromas. |
| Aging | Ageing lasts 12 to 15 months and is carried out 65% in stainless steel vats to preserve freshness and fruitiness, and 45% in barrels that have been used for 1 to 5 wines. Ageing in barrels brings complexity and depth to the wine. Blending with the portion aged in vats allows us to find the ideal balance for each cuvƩe every year. Bottled by us at the estate. |
| Allergens | Contains sulphites |
