Description
Trento DOC classic method sparkling wine, 12.5% ABV, produced by Opera Viticoltori in Valdicembra. 100% Pinot Noir. 0.75-liter bottle, 2015 vintage. A Blanc de Noirs that celebrates the Trentino sparkling wine tradition, with a fine perlage and a complex bouquet. Opera is built on the foundations of the historic Napoleone Rossi winery, the oldest in the valley. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by mineral notes. Straw yellow in color. On the palate, the wine is fresh, savory, and balanced, with a pleasant finish that invites another sip.
