Description
Franciacorta Extra Brut from Lombardy, produced by La Montina. Blend: 75% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle. A Franciacorta born from a family's passion for the land and winemaking, with a history that began in 1987. The hand-picked grapes follow the same process as the basic Franciacorta Brut, selecting the first fractions obtained from the pressing. Aged in bottle for at least 24 months on the lees. Fine perlage surrounded by a delightful crown. The nose is expansive, revealing typical aromas of citrus blossoms and fresh fruit. Pale yellow with greenish reflections. On the palate, it is dry and immediate, with a lively freshness, good flavor, and minerality.

Their father, Fioravante Antonio (known as Fiore), with hands stained with the typical color of winemakers, had always worked the vineyards and produced red wine. Today, the values of the Bozza family are also preserved by their grandchildren Michele, Daniele, and Anna, who interpret them with respect and sensitivity to the challenges of modern times. Read more
