The Brut Tradition is a "Blanc de Noir" champagne made from one of the best grape varieties in Champagne: Pinot Noir. It marks its identity by our "Kimmeridgian" soil which brings finesse to our Pinot Noirs. The Champagne Erick Schreiber Brut Tradition is a subtle blend of several years of harvests from different terroirs.

Conscious of the influences of the cosmos on nature, using biodynamic agricultural methods was a matter of course for him. Biodynamic agriculture, improves the soil, helps to balance soil life and produces more intense, more complex champagnes. Passionate about nature since he was a young child, he spent his formative years in a rural, wine-growing area. This sensitivity and awareness of the natural environment never left him.
