Still red wine from Burgundy, 13.5% ABV, produced by René Cacheux. A Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Les Suchots that embodies the elegance and complexity of great Burgundy Pinot Noirs. The winery, with four generations of experience, produces wines that reflect passion and dedication to the terroir. Harvest and selection by hand. Complete destemming, fermentation in open vats using indigenous yeasts. Aged in oak barrels for 18 months (50% new barrels). The wine is unfiltered. A bouquet of red fruit aromas, accompanied by spicy notes. Purple in color with bright highlights. Ample, structured, spicy, well-balanced, with a long finish. An ideal wine to accompany red meats, game, and aged cheeses.

In 1966, the exploitation was divided between the 2 daughters of Charles and Hélène. The youngest, Jacqueline, create the René Cacheux-Blee vineyard with her husband René Cacheux. Their son Gérald, after an 18-year experience in various wine-producing farms in the region, took over from his parents in 2004. He now heads the René Cacheux & Son vineyard. Read more
