Description
Still red wine from Tuscany IGT, 14% ABV, produced by Casanova di Neri. 100% Sangiovese blend. 0.75L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine born from the passion of Giovanni Neri, founder of Casanova di Neri, for Sangiovese di Montalcino. The grapes are harvested by hand in September and carefully selected. Spontaneous fermentation follows without the use of added yeasts and maceration is supported by frequent punching down. The entire process takes place in open, conical stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature for 13 days. Ruby red with purple highlights, intense and vibrant. On the palate, its excellent tannic structure, enveloping and highly drinkable, is in harmony with its beautiful softness.
