Of the 10 hectares owned by the family, almost 8 are in Sauvignon Blanc, and only a couple in Pinot Noir, used to produce a label of Sancerre Rouge ("Caractère") and one of Rosé ("des Lys"), both of surprising aromatic brightness. But the "specialty of the house" is the Sancerre Blanc, true archètipi of the adamantine purity of Chavignol, with fresh and elegant aromas and agile, incisive taste structures, played on citrus and mineral references.
