Quartomoro di Sardegna was established as Piero Cella's didactic winery to promote research and experimentation. This winery is a factory of ideas, of experiences on Sardinian viticulture and oenology. Moreover, the intertwining of professional and social relations produces a series of products derived from the grapes, which aim to be the cornerstones of Sardinian production.

Quartomoro di Sardegna is intended to be an interweaving of vines, experiences and cultures, just like the place where it was born. Arborea is a living testimony of the synergy between Sardinian and continentality, and Sardinia, a land with some of the most attractive European biodiversity. The company's goal is to produce wines that are an expression of the Sardinian land. With this intention, the company strive for its best every day, with minimal intervention in the vineyard and the cellar, respecting natural processes.
