The experience begins with a stroll through the estate's vineyards, where you will discover the cultivated varieties and agricultural methods firsthand. The route continues inside the vinification and aging cellar to learn more about the production techniques and processes that bring each label to life.The core of the visit is the tasting: a guided journey through four selected Planeta wines to compare styles, aromatic profiles, and regional characteristics.Next comes a technical session dedicated to tasting three organic Planeta extra virgin olive oils, focusing on sensory evaluation of cultivars, intensity, and fruity notes.The experience concludes with a selection of typical local gastronomic tastings, paired to enhance the organoleptic characteristics of the tasted wines and oils

Planeta is one of Sicily’s benchmark wineries, with an agricultural heritage passed down through 17 generations since the 16th century. Since the creation of the winery in the 1980s, Planeta has played a central role in elevating Sicilian wine, interpreting the island’s extraordinary diversity. The vineyards span five outstanding territories—Menfi, Vittoria, Noto, Etna and Capo Milazzo—each expressed through wines deeply connected to their place of origin. Production is entirely organic and combines research, sustainability and environmental respect. Directions for arrivals via highway from Messina / Catania / Syracuse:
A18 Highway towards Gela, exit at Rosolini.
At the highway exit, turn right onto SP 26 towards Pachino.
Continue for about 9 km, after the Planeta sign on the right, turn right onto SP 56 and follow the road for 2 km.
Turn right and then, at the entrance sign, turn left.
Directions for arrivals from Ragusa / Modica / Ispica / Pozzallo:
Arrive in Rosolini, turn onto SP 26 Rosolini - Pachino.
Continue for about 9 km, after the "Planeta" sign on the right, turn right onto SP 56 and follow the road for 2 km.
