Description
A still biodynamic white wine from Emilia-Romagna, 12% ABV, produced by Villa Papiano. 100% Sauvignon. 0.75L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine born from the passion of eight young people who embarked on a winemaking and environmental restoration project. The estate extends along the slopes of Monte Chioda in Modigliana (FC), at an altitude of 450 meters above sea level from mountain to valley floor. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Aged for eight months in cement and tonneaux and at least another six months in bottle. Elegant mineral notes and hints of wild herbs, a wine that speaks of the territory and its biodiversity.
