Description
A still red from Tuscany IGT, produced by Valdellecorti. Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sangiovese. 0.75L bottle. A wine born from the passion of Giorgio Bianchi, who in 1974 realized his dream of living in the countryside and making wine. Fruity aromas on the nose pave the way for a harmonious palate, complemented by fruity notes.

Pairings
Val delle Corti is a small, family-run farm with five hectares of specialized vineyards plus a couple more which are rented, as well as about 600 olive trees. The property is organically farmed (certification will be official in 2014) and partly biodynamic. The vineyards, aged between four and 40 years old, produce five wines: three table wines (the reds, Il Campino and Lo Straniero, and a Rosé), a Chianti Classico and a Riserva. Completing the picture is a renovated stone-walled barn, now used for holiday accommodation. Visitors are always welcome, preferably by prior agreement by phone. Read more
