Description
Still white wine from Alto Adige DOC, 13% ABV, produced by Tiefenbrunner. 100% Chardonnay. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine born from the passion for viticulture of the Tiefenbrunner family, now in its fifth generation. The vineyards are located in Cortaccia and Magrè. Fermentation at a controlled temperature (20 degrees C) for 10 days in concrete barrels, followed by aging for four months on the lees until bottling. Bright pale yellow with greenish highlights. Typical aromas of the grape variety and notes of wildflowers that fade into exotic fruit. Slightly savory and well-structured, it offers a full-bodied palate and a lingering finish.
